After the 2016 presidential election,  I made this sign for myself to bring to the first Women’s March in 2017, but when I posted it to my social media, it got a really positive reaction from my women friends who are also cat lovers. So, I ended up putting it up for sale on Etsy.com, where it got noticed by Oakland, CA gallery owner Patrick Heatham. Long story short, my poster ended up being part of the Lighthouse Propaganda collection curated by San Francisco political consultant Brook Turner and being featured in an exhibit called “Signs of Resistance” at Panorama Framing in Oakland alongside work by other artists including Obey/Shepard Fairey and Pure Evil. It was also published in the East Bay Express to accompany an article about the exhibit.
